IMPORTANT: These terms of use constitute a binding agreement between Centerium Bilişim Teknolojileri ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. ("ProxyTurk", "Company", "we") and the user ("User", "you"). By registering for our services, using our services, or visiting our website, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms. If you do not accept, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- "Service": Refers to all proxy services (ISP IPv4, IPv6, Mobile Proxy), website, API, control panel, support services, and all related software and infrastructure offered by ProxyTurk.
- "User": Refers to the natural or legal person who registers for or uses the Service.
- "Content": Refers to any data, information and material transmitted, received, stored or processed by the User through the Service.
- "Proxy Credential": Refers to the proxy access credentials (username, password, IP address, port) assigned to the User.
- "Account": Refers to the registered account of the User on the ProxyTurk platform.
2. Scope of Service
ProxyTurk offers the following services:
- ISP IPv4 Proxy services (Vodafone, Türk Telekom infrastructure)
- ISP IPv6 Proxy services
- Mobile Proxy services (3G/4G/5G)
- HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 protocols
- Automatic IP rotation (mobile proxy)
- User control panel and API access
- 24/7 technical support
ProxyTurk reserves the right to change, update, expand or narrow the scope, features, prices and technical infrastructure of the service without prior notice.
3. Account Creation and Obligations
3.1. Registration Requirements
- You must be over 18 years of age to use the Service.
- You are obligated to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
- Each user can only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be requested; identity documents and facial photo may be required during this process.
3.2. Account Security
- You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account information.
- Using a strong and unique password is mandatory.
- You are responsible for all transactions performed on your account.
- In case of suspected unauthorized access, you must immediately notify [email protected].
- Sharing your proxy access credentials with third parties is prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1. Permitted Use
ProxyTurk services may only be used for legal purposes:
- Web scraping (provided it complies with the target site's terms of use)
- Social media account management
- SEO research and analysis
- Market research and price comparison
- Ad verification
- Accessing geo-restricted content
- Software testing and development
- Privacy and anonymity protection
4.2. Strictly Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited and upon detection of such activities, the account will be immediately closed without notice and no refund will be made:
- Illegal activities: Hacking, unauthorized access, computer crimes, cyber attacks
- DDoS/DoS attacks: Launching or facilitating denial-of-service attacks against any system
- Spam and bulk messaging: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, SMS or messages
- Phishing and fraud: Phishing, creating fake websites, financial fraud
- Malware: Distribution of viruses, trojans, ransomware or other malicious software
- Child exploitation: Any content and activity related to child pornography or child exploitation
- Copyright infringement: Unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted content
- Misuse of personal data: Collecting, processing or sharing others' personal data without permission
- Illegal gambling: Operating or facilitating illegal gambling sites
- Drugs and illegal substances: Drug or illegal substance trafficking
- Terrorism-related activities: Propaganda or activities in favor of terrorist organizations
- Hate speech: Hate speech and incitement to violence based on race, religion, gender, ethnicity or sexual orientation
- Unauthorized account creation: Use of automated or bulk account creation bots (without permission)
- Infrastructure abuse: Deliberately overloading ProxyTurk infrastructure, port scanning, vulnerability scanning
- Sub-leasing: Selling, renting or sharing proxy access credentials with third parties
- Fake identity: Using fake information or documents during registration or KYC process
- Attacks on government institutions: Unauthorized access or interference with information systems of public institutions
- Crypto mining: Using the proxy infrastructure for cryptocurrency mining
4.3. Resource Usage Limits
Users cannot exceed the resource limits within their purchased package. In case of excessive usage:
- ProxyTurk may warn the user or temporarily restrict the service
- In case of repeated violations, the account may be suspended or closed
- Additional costs arising from excessive usage may be charged to the user
5. Payment and Billing
5.1. Pricing
- All prices are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- ProxyTurk reserves the right to change prices at any time.
- Price changes take effect from the renewal period of existing subscriptions.
5.2. Payment Methods
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard - via Stripe)
- Bank transfer/EFT
- Other payment methods (determined by ProxyTurk)
5.3. Payment Terms
- Service fees are collected in advance.
- For subscriptions with auto-renewal enabled, payment is automatically collected at the renewal period.
- The service may be suspended in case of payment failure.
- Legal interest will be applied on late payments.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
The ProxyTurk website, software, API, control panel, logos, designs, texts, graphics and all other content are the intellectual property of Centerium Bilişim Teknolojileri ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. and are protected by the Intellectual and Artistic Works Law No. 5846, Industrial Property Law No. 6769 and international intellectual property agreements.
- Copying, reproducing, distributing or publishing content without written permission from ProxyTurk is prohibited.
- Reverse engineering, source code analysis, decompile or disassembly operations are strictly prohibited.
- The ProxyTurk brand and logo cannot be used without permission.
7. Liability and Warranty Limitation
7.1. Service Warranty
ProxyTurk provides its services "as-is" and "as-available". It gives no express or implied warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. In particular, no warranty is given regarding:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted and error-free operation
- Specific speed, bandwidth or performance levels
- Compatibility with third-party websites or services
- That IP addresses will not be blocked on certain platforms
7.2. Limitation of Liability
ProxyTurk cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, data loss, reputation loss, business interruption, loss of opportunity) arising from the use or inability to use the services.
ProxyTurk's total liability is limited to the total service fee paid by the user in the last 3 (three) months prior to the event causing the damage.
7.3. Uptime Guarantee
ProxyTurk targets 99.9% uptime but this is not a guarantee. Planned maintenance, force majeure and third-party issues are excluded from this target. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
8. User Responsibility, Indemnification and Recourse
The User acknowledges and declares that all legal, criminal, administrative and financial responsibility arising from the use of ProxyTurk services is entirely their own.
The User specifically accepts and undertakes:
- To use the services in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international legal norms
- That the rights of third parties will not be violated as a result of using the services
- That proxy services will not be used for illegal purposes
- That registration information is accurate and up-to-date
- That they are responsible for account security
The User accepts, declares and undertakes to fully and completely cover all direct and indirect material and moral damages (including but not limited to litigation costs, attorney fees, expert fees, administrative fines, judicial fines, compensation amounts, enforcement costs and all other expenses) that ProxyTurk, its partners, managers, employees and business partners may suffer due to any third-party claim, complaint, lawsuit, investigation, prosecution, administrative fine, judicial fine, compensation claim or sanction arising from the use of services, and that ProxyTurk may exercise its right of recourse.
This right of recourse continues after the termination of the service relationship and is not subject to any time limitation (subject to statutory limitation periods).
9. Account Suspension and Termination
9.1. ProxyTurk's Rights
ProxyTurk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of any provision of the Terms of Use
- Suspicion of illegal activity
- Failure to fulfill payment obligations
- Fraud or use of fake identity
- Request from authorized authorities
- Threat to infrastructure security
- Violation of third-party rights
- Protection of ProxyTurk's legitimate interests
9.2. Consequences of Account Closure
- All proxy access credentials are immediately disabled
- No refund is made for accounts closed due to terms of use violations
- Data within the scope of legal storage obligations continues to be stored for the relevant periods
- The user's debts and obligations to ProxyTurk continue
10. Privacy

11. Force Majeure
Natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, pandemics, epidemics, strikes, lockouts, government decisions, legal regulation changes, embargoes, internet infrastructure issues, data center failures, power outages, cyber attacks, ISP-related issues and other extraordinary situations beyond the reasonable control of the parties are considered force majeure.
In cases of force majeure, ProxyTurk's obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure. If the force majeure lasts more than 30 (thirty) days, either party may terminate the contract. In this case, ProxyTurk's liability is limited to the refund of the fee corresponding to the unused service period.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use are subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
In any dispute arising from or related to these terms, a solution will first be sought through good faith negotiation between the parties. In case a solution cannot be reached through negotiation:
- For disputes within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding these limits have jurisdiction.
- Kocaeli Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction for commercial disputes.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, void or unenforceable by a competent court or administrative authority, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The invalidated provision shall be deemed to have been replaced by the valid provision closest to the parties' intentions.
14. Waiver
ProxyTurk's failure to enforce any provision of these terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that or other provisions. ProxyTurk reserves all its rights.
15. Assignment
The User may not transfer their rights or obligations under these terms to third parties without the prior written consent of ProxyTurk. ProxyTurk has the right to transfer its rights and obligations partially or wholly to third parties.
16. Amendments
ProxyTurk reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. When significant changes are made, a notification will be sent to your registered email address or an announcement will be made on the website.
Updated terms become effective from the moment they are published on the website. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using our services and close your account.
17. Entirety
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Data Protection Notice, Cookie Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior written and oral agreements.
